Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Storitool websites, products, applications, tools, and services for creator intelligence, social media strategy, content production, editing, scheduling, analytics, and related workflows.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Storitool, you agree to these Terms and any additional agreements, order forms, platform rules, or policies that apply to your use. If you use Storitool on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
Accounts and authorized access
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting credentials, managing workspace permissions, and all activity under your account. You may connect social media accounts only when you have the legal right and platform authorization to do so.
Customer content
You retain ownership of content, data, prompts, media, brand materials, social media information, and other materials you submit or connect to Storitool. You grant Storitool the rights needed to host, process, analyze, transform, display, transmit, publish when authorized, and otherwise use customer content to provide and improve the services.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for reviewing outputs, confirming factual accuracy, obtaining permissions and releases, complying with advertising, endorsement, privacy, intellectual property, platform, and consumer protection laws, and ensuring that published content is appropriate for your audience and brand.
Social media platforms and publishing
Storitool may interact with third-party platforms at your direction. We do not control those platforms and are not responsible for their availability, API changes, account actions, moderation decisions, outages, policy enforcement, or data practices. You authorize Storitool to take actions you request through connected accounts, including drafting, scheduling, publishing, retrieving analytics, or managing content where supported.
AI-generated outputs
Storitool may generate ideas, scripts, captions, edits, recommendations, analytics, and other outputs using automated systems. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, similar to content generated for others, or unsuitable for a particular use. You are responsible for human review and final decisions before publication or reliance.
Prohibited conduct
You may not use Storitool to violate laws or platform rules, infringe rights, mislead audiences, distribute harmful or illegal content, scrape or access data without authorization, bypass security, interfere with service operation, reverse engineer protected technology, or upload malware or content you do not have rights to use.
Intellectual property
Storitool, including its software, website, workflows, models, designs, documentation, and brand assets, is owned by Storitool or its licensors and is protected by law. Except for rights expressly granted, no rights are transferred to you.
Confidentiality
Non-public business, product, technical, pricing, security, and customer information exchanged in connection with Storitool must be protected with reasonable care and used only for the purpose for which it was disclosed.
Subscriptions, fees, and taxes
Paid services may be subject to fees, usage limits, renewal terms, cancellation rules, and taxes described in an applicable order form, checkout flow, or customer agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay amounts owed, misuse platform integrations, or if continued service would expose Storitool, users, or third parties to harm. You may stop using the service at any time.
Disclaimers
Storitool is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, and any guarantee of audience growth, engagement, revenue, ranking, virality, or platform performance.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Storitool will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, reputational harm, account restrictions, or platform actions arising from or related to use of the service.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Storitool harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your content, connected accounts, publication decisions, violation of law or platform rules, infringement of third-party rights, or misuse of the service.
Changes to the service and terms
We may update Storitool and these Terms as the service evolves. The updated date shows when the latest version became effective. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
